企画概要
DTAとNew Active Marketが主催する「Art Night Market」の関連企画として、Picaresqueは、台湾で開催されるArt Night Marketのサブ会場のひとつ「68 Contemporary Art Space」にて、作品の展示・販売を行います。
日本のアーティストによる作品を、台湾の皆さまに直接ご紹介できるこの機会を、私たちもとても楽しみにしています。
また、このような貴重な機会を実現してくださったDTA、New Active Marketの皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。
※展示作品はすべて会場にてご購入の上、ご購入当日にお持ち帰りいただけます。

デジタルやアナログで、温かい雰囲気の作品を作っています。

パート・ド・ヴェール技法を用いてガラス作品を制作しています。
技法特有の、柔らかな温もりのある質感と水彩のような色合いに惹かれ、この技法を選びました。
水中で空へと浮かび上がる泡のように、目にした方の気持ちが浮き上がるような作品を目標に制作を続けています。

福岡生まれの造形作家。
2013年に絵本アカデミー警固塾に所属し絵本の創作活動を開始。
翌年に文芸社えほん大賞優秀賞を受賞する。
2017年より独学でクレイアートを始め、絵本の世界を感じられる様な立体作品を表現。
主に「ノスタルジックな癒し」をテーマとして創作活動を行い、
個展やイベント、オンラインショップにて作品を発表している。

企劃概要
作為由 DTA 與 New Active Market 主辦的「Art Night Market」相關企劃，Picaresque 將於台灣 Art Night Market 的其中一個衛星展場「68 Contemporary Art Space」舉辦作品展示與販售。
我們也非常期待能藉由這次機會，親自向台灣的大家介紹來自日本藝術家的作品。
同時，也由衷感謝 DTA 與 New Active Market 的各位，促成了這次珍貴的機會。

運用數位及類比媒材，創作具有溫暖氛圍的作品。

我使用 Pâte de Verre 技法創作玻璃作品。
我被這項技法特有的柔和溫暖質感，以及如水彩般的色彩所吸引，因此選擇了這種創作方式。
如同水中向天空浮起的氣泡一般，我持續創作，希望作品也能讓看見它的人心情輕盈地浮起。

Picaresque in Taiwan 2026
Project Overview
As part of Art Night Market, organized by DTA and New Active Market, Picaresque will present an exhibition and sale of artworks at 68 Contemporary Art Space, one of the satellite venues of Art Night Market in Taiwan.
We are very excited for this opportunity to introduce audiences in Taiwan to artworks by artists from Japan in person.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to DTA and New Active Market for making this valuable opportunity possible.
※All exhibited artworks will be available for purchase at the venue and may be taken home on the day of purchase.

*On Sunday, September 27, from 15:00 to 17:00, a symposium will be held at the venue. The exhibition will remain open for viewing, but please note that the venue environment will differ from usual during the symposium.

An illustrator based in Tokyo.
She creates warm and inviting works using both digital and traditional media.

Asami Okumura
I create glass artworks using the pâte de verre technique.
I was drawn to the soft, warm texture unique to this technique and its watercolor-like colors, which led me to choose it for my work.
Like bubbles rising through water toward the sky, I continue creating works with the hope that they will lift the spirits of those who see them.

Kishimoto Urachi
Born in Okinawa in 1987.
In 2011, began creating masks and decorative objects using Ryukyu plaster.
Held the first solo exhibition, “Sea Masks,” in 2012.
Currently continues to present work through the sale of decorative objects at shops both within and outside Okinawa, as well as solo and group exhibitions.

Yukari Koizumi
Born in Saga Prefecture in 1981.
Currently based in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture, where she continues her artistic practice.
She creates animal sculptures, original furniture, and cutlery.

Suzuresha
Alongside working at a bakery, I create wood carvings.
I mainly carve palm-sized animals, and I especially love cats, which I often choose as my subjects.

Naoto Wada
A sculptural artist born in Fukuoka.
In 2013, he joined the Kego School of Picture Book Academy and began creating picture books.
The following year, he received the Excellence Award at the Bungeisha Picture Book Awards.
In 2017, he began teaching himself clay art, creating three-dimensional works that evoke the world of picture books.
His work mainly explores the theme of “nostalgic comfort,”
and he presents his works through solo exhibitions, events, and online shops.
